A long-held dream has come true.
Hello! We’re Vitto & Eva: hospitality enthusiasts, adventurers at heart, and the proud hosts of Cortijo Valverde, our boutique B&B in the heart of Andalusia.
After years of dreaming and countless “what if we just did it?” conversations in Amsterdam… we finally took the plunge in 2025. We left city life behind and moved to the Andalusian countryside to breathe new life into this special place near Álora.
With backgrounds in hotels, events, and guest experience, hospitality isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. We believe that the smallest details make the biggest difference.
From the moment we first stood on this hillside overlooking Álora, we knew: this is where we’re meant to be.
Our beloved mini schnauzer, Amy, moved here with us and will always be a part of our story. Today, our energetic Australian Shepherd puppy, Eddy, keeps us on our toes and happily explores the gardens—you’ll likely meet him during your stay.

About the Estate.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Andalusia, surrounded by olive groves and golden light, Cortijo Valverde is a peaceful countryside retreat near Álora.
Our boutique B&B is nestled halfway up a hillside, offering panoramic views of the whitewashed village below. Just a short drive away, Álora offers charming restaurants, local markets, and authentic Andalusian life, yet here you’re surrounded by nature and tranquility.
The estate is surrounded by a sprawling garden filled with palm trees, olive trees, fragrant herbs, and secluded spots to relax. In the evening, as the sun sets behind the mountains, the valley begins to glow and Álora lights up below: a view that never loses its magic.
